Internship in industry

In order to gain practical work experience, students can complete an internship in industry between their Bachelor's and Master's degree or during their Master's degree.

The internship takes place in industry; exceptions are only approved in rare cases and require prior consultation with the study coordinator. The internship must be completed before the start of the Master's thesis and last at least 12 weeks full-time. After completion of the internship, a work certificate and a self-written experience report must be submitted to the .

The report should be one A4 page long and submitted in English or German. Below are some companies where D-ITET students have already completed internships. Students must apply for a place independently.
